Zip is a buy now, pay later program that allows you to split the cost of your purchase into 4 interest-free installments. 

Your first payment of 25% is due at checkout, then you pay an additional 25% of your order every two weeks over a period of 6 weeks. There are no fees if you pay on time. However, Zip may subject additional charges or late fees to payments that are late.

Zip requires your name, address, email address, date of birth, a US phone number for text verification, and either a debit or credit card to sign up.

Zip considers a variety of factors to determine approvals and spend limits. You will receive an email from Zip if you have been approved.

You can find all of your past and current orders in your Zip account.

Yes. Zip will send you a reminder via SMS and email about upcoming payments before each payment is due.

Notify Zip to avoid a late fee if your payment method is not up-to-date. Zip charges late fees in certain instances, such as if your payment cannot be processed because your debit card account has insufficient funds or your credit card is no longer valid.

As soon as Zip is notified of your return, you will be refunded the amount that you’ve paid to date. Zip will also cancel all future payments.
