Frequently Asked Questions

Original packaging refers to both the packaging of the items themselves (any plastic or shrink wrap) as well as the packaging used to ship the items (outer shipping box, inner cardboard box, any cardboard inserts, the packing list and the clips and bag for each gallon being returned). Without it, not only will an item not be sellable but we also can't guarantee a safe return journey to our warehouse.

We currently do not offer exchanges, but you can initiate a return for a refund or store credit which can be applied to your next order.

Unfortunately without all of the original packaging, we won't be able to accept a return. We're unable to resell items that have been opened, and items sent in different packaging risk being damaged in transit. If you have another order on the way, you can use the box and original packaging from your new Clare order for the items that you plan to return.

Once delivered to our warehouse, our team will inspect the items for restock. Returns and refunds are generally processed within 2-3 weeks. You'll get an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

If you were charged shipping for your order, unfortunately shipping charges are unable to be refunded. Orders over $150 receive free shipping.

Swatches are final sale. We're unable to accept returns or process refunds on swatches.
