Return policy

Unopened paint & supplies can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. Returns of opened items or items without original packaging (boxes, inserts, clips, etc) cannot be accepted. Paint is subject to a $7 per gallon restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Perfect Color Swatches are final sale.

  • We've made returns super easy! Click here to your start your return.

    If you're returning more than one package or more than 4 gallons, please email us with your order number at [email protected]!

  • The requirements for returns still apply to exchanges.

    Click here to your start your exchange, as you would a return. Once delivered to our warehouse, returns are generally processed within 2-3 weeks. Once processed, you'll receive your refund or store credit. If you choose store credit, you'll receive an email with a digital gift card to use towards your next purchase.

    If you're exchanging items that require more than one package or more than 4 gallons, please email us with your order number at [email protected]!

  • Our automated system can only generate one shipping label, so if you need to return multiple packages please contact us at [email protected] with your order number — we’ll help you process your return!

  • Original packaging refers to both the packaging of the items themselves (any plastic or shrink wrap) as well as the packaging used to ship the items (outer shipping box, inner cardboard box, any cardboard inserts, the packing list and the clips and bag for each gallon being returned).

    Without it, not only will an item not be sellable but we also can't guarantee a safe return journey to our warehouse!

  • Unfortunately without all of original packaging, we won't be able to accept a return.

    We cannot resell items that have been opened, and items sent in different packaging risk being damaged in transit.

  • Once delivered to our warehouse, returns are generally processed within 2-3 weeks. You'll get an email confirmation once your refund is completed!

  • If you were charged shipping for your original order, your shipping charges can not be refunded.
