We work hard to make sure that always happens, but if you’re unhappy with your experience, let us know and we’ll make it right. Reach out to us at crew@clare.com with your order #. We’re here to help.

Supplies: All returns for supplies must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at crew@clare.com with your order # and we’ll help you place the return.
