Motor City is a medium gray with a barely-there cool undertone that gives it just enough character to stay interesting without announcing itself. The green presence is genuinely faint — not Grayish's clearly visible green quality, but a quietly cool cast that keeps Motor City from reading warm or beige. It reads urban, clean, and modern while remaining easy to pair. One reviewer described it as having "almost a tinge of blue," which captures how the cool undertone surfaces differently depending on the room's light.
At an LRV of 49, Motor City sits almost exactly at the midpoint of the scale. It holds the wall with genuine color presence while reflecting enough light to stay open and airy.
