Ingredients
- 284 grams (2 1/4 cups) organic all purpose flour
- 28 grams (2 tablespoons) organic cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large apple
- 3 organic large eggs
- 2 ½ sticks (283 grams) organic salted butter, melted
- 1 cup organic milk
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

Instructions
In a large bowl, add the flour, cane sugar, cinnamon, fine sea salt and baking powder and whisk together.
Using a small grater, grate the apple into a medium bowl. Add the eggs, melted butter, eggs and milk and stir to combine. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and whisk to combine into a batter.
Preheat waffle iron. Measure 1/2 cup batter per waffle and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until done. Serve immediately.
