  • About the opportunity

    We’re looking for an exceptional growth marketer to lead and scale our customer acquisition efforts across all paid and non-paid digital channels including SEO/SEM, display, social, email and more. In this role you’ll set strategies, own execution, analyze performance and inform decisions for how, when, and where to spend our budget. You’ll also proactively identify new online and offline growth channels to test. Your work will enable us to achieve revenue targets, continuously improve KPIs and you’ll have a direct impact on the growth trajectory and success of the company. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven with the ability to deliver insights that optimize business performance. This role reports to our CEO.     What you’ll do

    • Define and develop a data-driven, scalable multi-channel marketing strategy to drive growth through channels including, but not limited to SEO/SEM, paid social, display, video, referral and affiliate
    • Own the relationship and collaborate with external agency partners, working to ensure they’re aligned with our overall business strategies and goals and driving results
    • Work with internal and external creative partners, generating briefs and helping to drive the development of campaign assets
    • Make strategic recommendations on how to spend our marketing budget as well as tactics to optimize channel performance and drive efficient customer acquisition
    • Own and project manage testing of creative, landing pages and audiences to improve conversion and scale campaigns efficiently and also execute testing plans for new/emerging ad formats and channels
    • Help define and execute our email marketing & retention strategy to increase customer loyalty and revenue growth
    • Develop an efficient email process workflow that enables turnkey execution of email campaigns & programs with a focus on continuous KPI improvement
    • Compile, track, and analyze all digital marketing performance in weekly and monthly business reports, making actionable recommendations to optimize performance
    • Provide strategic thought leadership and analyses that identify trends and areas of opportunity across channels, and translate data into actionable, recommendations for growth and optimization.

    You meet the following requirements

    • 4+ years of digital marketing experience at a growth phase consumer e-commerce company and a proven track record of scaling growth
    • Solid understanding of direct-response and performance marketing with prior success implementing customer acquisition campaigns tied to clear business objectives and targets
    • Well versed in performance tracking and measurement tools with expert fluency in Google Analytics
    • Ability to manage large datasets and perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis
    • A solid understanding of advertising and e-commerce metrics
    • Familiarity with offline acquisition channels a huge plus
    • Exceptional communication skills with a confident ability to present your work with thoughtful frameworks and context.

  • About the opportunity

    We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Social Media & Brand Content Manager. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of our social media and content marketing strategy aimed at driving brand awareness, audience growth, engagement and sales. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling brand content, with a focus on daily execution of our social media content, as well as manage the creation of editorial content and copy for our blog and email channels. Our ideal candidate is passionate about home and design, has stellar copywriting skills, a keen eye for creating stunning visual content and embodies the art of storytelling. As our chief brand storyteller, you’ll bring the Clare voice to life and play a critical role in our organic marketing efforts.

    What you’ll do

    • Develop and implement our organic content strategy across channels to drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and sales.
    • Own our content calendar and publishing cadence for our social channels, email & blog based around brand initiatives, editorial themes, and cultural moments.
    • Manage and maintain all of Clare’s social media channels with an emphasis on Instagram and Pinterest.
    • Own day-to-day social media planning and execution including content creation tailored to each channel, copywriting, scheduling posts, managing user generated content and engaging with our community.
    • Ensure that all messaging aligns with our business goals, marketing themes and brand voice.
    • Analyze social performance and report on metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Develop copy for email newsletters and web.
    • Manage freelance writers who support our blog, ensuring copy is optimized for search and maintaining our blog CMS.
    • Support the production of enticing, social first visual content including photography and video.

    Who you are

    • Equipped with 4+ years of experience leading and creating content for a brand or editorial outlet
    • Hyper creative with a knack for storytelling, an eye for photography, and the ability to art direct visual content
    • Extremely self-motivated with the ability to drive projects from strategy to execution
    • Proactive problem solver who’s comfortable rolling up her sleeves and doing whatever it takes
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
    • Strong copywriting, editing, and communications skills
    • Passionate and knowledgeable about home & design
    • Bonus points for startup experience.

  • About the opportunity

    As Clare’s first in-house communications hire, you’ll lead all strategic communications efforts for the company. Through this work you’ll increase brand awareness and ensure thoughtful storytelling through earned media and influencer activations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and relationship builder who is strategic, collaborative and highly entrepreneurial with a proven track record for securing print, broadcast and digital media coverage that moves the needle.

    What you’ll do

    • Develop and execute creative PR and strategies that amplify our brand story and align with business goals and objectives.
    • Increase brand visibility through extensive, ongoing print, digital and broadcast media coverage.
    • Manage day-to-day media relations and proactively research, identify & vet new media opportunities, speaking engagements, and award submissions for the company and our founder that amplify our brand message and mission.
    • Develop strategic, scalable influencer marketing campaigns with measurable ROI that leverages influencers to help tell our brand story and generate high quality UGC.
    • Identify, cultivate and maintain authentic relationships with target media and influencers.
    • Own and manage our PR and influencer marketing budget.
    • Manage inbound brand partnership requests and proactively identify opportunities to collaborate with like minded brands on partnerships aimed at driving brand awareness and growth.
    • Maintain a regular cadence of recaps and reports that measures results and performance to goals.

    You meet the following requirements

    • 6+ years of experience managing PR strategy and execution, preferably a mix of both agency and in-house.
    • 2+ years experience managing people and teams
    • Prior experience managing PR for home or lifestyle brands is a must
    • Deep knowledgeable of the influencer landscape and best practices
    • An established network of media and industry relationships with a proven track record in securing impactful media placements.
    • Entrepreneurial, independent and self-motivated.
    • Flexible, adaptable and can roll with the scrappy, dynamic, and fast pace pace of an early stage startup.
    • Superior oral and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • A passion for home design and lifestyle.

    • Support ongoing business reporting, analysis, and insights focused on quarter Objectives & Key Results
    • Conduct product spend analysis and lead a strategic sourcing project focused on packaging
    • Develop a contract manufacturing strategy including business case analysis and implementation timeline
    • Optimize current inventory planning processes and build a foundation for a future Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process including due diligence on future platforms and tools
