Any of Our Solid State Relays (SSR) or Optocouplers can be provided as a Hi-Rel device
based on extensive additional environmental stressing and screening performed on
standard commercial parts

Full Product Traceability is maintained:

  • Full assembly and material traceability by kit code
  • Restricted material usage to one lot (die wafer lot, mold epoxy, etc.) per kit
  • All records maintained for a minimum of seven years

Performance advantages of screened, Hi-Rel parts include:

  • Extremely low PPM failure rates
  • Guaranteed operation up to 105ºC *
  • Guaranteed operation at -40ºC *
  • Full parametric testing at room temperature and 85ºC

Standard reliability tests performed on every kit of product:

  • 100% burn-in (HTRB) 48 hours minimum
  • 100% post burn-in electrical tests at room temperature and 85ºC
  • Thermal cycle (by sample or 100% for 20 cycles)
  • Percent defective allowance limitations

Additional Hi-Rel Services Offered:

  • 100% parametric datalog
  • Thermal shock sample testing per MIL-STD-883 Method 1011
  • Reliability reports by part type and package type
  • Can provide complete test report for requirements of automotive AEC-Q101-004
  • Other reliability tests by specific request
